ADAYA Boutique Villa

Had a wonderful stay. Great location away from the busy centre but also very easy get transport using grab. It was very clean and as per the photos. Would highly recommend!

Our 11-day stay at Adaya was exceptional. We arrived at 3am to a kind security guard who quickly checked us in and gave us keys to a room beautifully decorated with petals for our honeymoon. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the villa sits on a quiet lane… peaceful at night yet still very accessible. Dreamland Beach, Riptide Coffee, and The Cashew Tree are all within walking distance, and the busier parts of Bingin are a short scooter ride away. Communication with staff was outstanding: always fast, warm, and attentive. They helped with laundry, replaced drinking water within minutes, and even refreshed it the next day without us asking. Each morning they greeted us with smiles and offered room cleaning. The villa felt very safe, appliances worked perfectly, and we loved it so much we extended our stay and only leaving because they were fully booked.

Die Villa war ein Traum! Sie ist noch viel größer als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Der Außenbereich mit Grill und einem tollen Pool hat uns wirklich sehr überzeugt! Das war die schönste Villa, die wir jemals gebucht haben. Auf Wunsch hin wurde die Villa jeden Tag gesäubert, wir bekamen regelmäßig neue Handtücher. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurückkommen!

The beautiful villa was just like a photos. I enjoyed my single night here. It's thoughtfully designed and found it to be situated in a good location.

The place is super cozy, comfortable, and compact — we felt very relaxed staying here. It’s very clean and in a great location, close to everything. The only minor point is that fresh towels and toilet paper were not always provided. The interaction also felt a bit formal. Other than that, it was a lovely stay

Beautiful villa if you want to be away from everything! You can catch a grab of course but they have little bit of trouble finding the place, looks just like the pictures!

We had a really enjoyable 11-night stay at this one-bedroom villa in Bingin. The villa is very comfortable, with a spacious king-sized bed and a rooftop pool that gets all-day sun — perfect for relaxing. The location was also great: an easy walk to some local spots and only a short scooter ride to Uluwatu. The staff were responsive and helpful — we had a couple of little issues with geckos, ants, and frogs (to be expected in Bali!), and they were handled immediately, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was the towel service — although it was advertised as every 3 days, we only received fresh towels twice during our 11-night stay. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of as they do get dirty with the rooftop pool access. Overall, a lovely stay and a great spot to enjoy Bingin.

Villas are not private. You have noise from road. Also all villas are connected and you see your neighbours. Some villas are rented for parties and you hear it in your bedroom. Water quality is very bad in villas. Staff provide drinking water. Shower pressure is not enough for good shower. There is no construction noise but noise from party from next villa (we couldn’t sleep till 4am). Staff cannot help with it as it’s managed by another company. As compensation we were offered taxi to airport. Also water in pool is very cold. We cannot really use it.

We really enjoyed our stay, a good location away from the main streets but close enough to all the action of Uluwatu. Our hosts were wonderful and the rooftop pool area was a real highlight.

We had an amazing stay at Adaya boutique villas for our final stop in Bali! As we arrived earlier than check in we were able to leave our bags and explore but Jacka messaged us to let us know that our room was ready a little earlier which was great! The villas are beautiful and house keeping do a wonderful job at cleaning each day. As Bingin beach restaurants and cafes are no longer there we chose to go to dreamland which was only a 12 minute walk down the hill and is a lovely beach for surfing. We also walked to Bambu gym and the nearby cafes and shops but bike is super quick! I would come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We loved our stay - the villa was better in person even though the photos were amazing to start. So many well thought-out details! We don't use scooters so it was very useful that the place is very easily accessible by car (grab worked great there). And closeness to Dreamland beach was awesome.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at this villa. The reception staff were polite and attentive, assisted us with organising drivers. We decided to extend for an extra night so we could enjoy the comforts of the villa during the day as we had a red eye flight out of Bali. They facilitated this with no issues! Dika at the front desk was very charming, he taught us some local Bali greeting phrases. We were grateful for his company while we waited for our driver.

We have a lovely time at the villa! The place looks just like the photos, and the team were very friendly and communicative! The place had everything we needed right down to the usb ports built into the walls. The location was within a 10 min walk to cafes and spas etc. Would definitely stay here again :)

Adaya Boutique is a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet corner street. The entrance was a little tricky to find, adding to its secret hideaway charm. The entire villa felt like a private paradise, making us not want to leave. The pool was clean and pleasantly warm, the hosts were warm and welcoming, and it was conveniently close to many shops and restaurants.

We had the most wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went as far as to arrange a cake for my partner's birthday as a surprise. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and modern. It had everything we needed for a great holiday.

Loved our stay in the villa! The pool/outdoor area was a highlight. The staff were attentive and friendly. Nice king bed which me and my friend could sleep in comfortably. Wifi could be improved in some areas of the villa.

The Villa was very dark - almost like staying in a basement. They were kind enough to move us to a better unit after 3 days. Internet had issues on several days during our stay.

amazing place to stay, everything was basically brand new in the villa, and the staff ensured it stayed that way, with the great room cleaning service everyday. 10 minutes walk to most places, but can hire scooters nearby. Also situated next to the nicest beach we found in uluwatu. The villa was beautiful as well. Was the perfect place to stay to finish our trip.

Amazing place for your stay at Uluwatu!

Overall had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and honestly extremely helpful. The space was accurate but the location is pretty far from most things. There isn’t anything walking distance, but the staff can help arrange a scooter. Also there’s a main road that is viewable from the pool that isn’t shown in the photos, so it’s not as private as we were led to believe. But overall it was a great stay and fit our needs well. Definitely appreciate the staff and the hosts great communications.

The villa compound is beautiful and new, a perfect base for a longer stay. While the villa is not right in the hustle and bustle, you are walking distance to Cashew Tree, Bali Training Center, and Bingin cliffs. Everything else is just a moment by Gojek or scooter. The villa was well equipped for a longer term stay and the desk provided a comfortable quiet space to work when not on the rooftop or exploring nearby.

Such a lovely property. The staff were amazing and the villa looked even better than the photos! We had some trouble with the pool but the staff continued to rectify this for us. The only issue we encountered was a strong eggy smell in the main living area of the villa (we assumed it was the drains) but apart from that, a faultless stay!

Stayed all over Bali in various airB&bs and found this one, one of our favourites with amazing space. It’s modern, clean and the private rooftop pool with extra seating area and kitchen made this place feel very luxury. Location is perfect right near to dreamland beach which was a 10 minute walk with nice shop to grab some bits and ice cream on the way. Close to nightlife too if you wanted to get a grab into near by town for some drinks and food or even a dance!

Thank you to the message lady for her unbeatable quality service sometimes booking within hours from the appointment and she came to my room. Thank you to the reception team for all the directions and recommendations on places to go. Thank you Jaka for all your advice and prompt attention to my many queries, thanks for arranging the scooter and the airport pick up service, thank you for accommodating my extended nights in the same room so I didn’t have to relocate. Overall a 5 star service and without doubt would return! Worth every penny ✨

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage nicht weit weg vom Strand. Die Unterkunft lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und ist super sauber. Die Dachterasse ist ein absolutes Highlight. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich um alle Anliegen und ist jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.

This was our favourite villa we’ve stayed in Bali from a few trips to the island. The rooftop pool was very nice, clean and sunny all day, but also a shaded area if you want it. The lounge/TV set up was ideal. The location was also close to beaches, cafes etc. We would stay here again 👌

Good location, still needed to get grabs at times but found some nice locals restaurants and beaches close enough to walk. Bed was perfect, best night sleep I’ve had. Ac was great. Tv set up was good. Pool was great but oddly shaded so it was covered but by wooden slats to not the best for tanning (we got a float for the pool) Outside bathroom was nice and clean. Overall a good stay and would recommend. Didn’t hear any construction noise either.

This was our favourite accommodation that we stayed at in Bali. So much so that we extended our stay by one night. The villa is extremely comfortable with all the facilities you may need and you can tell everything is very new and well kept. Communication was also good, in fact when we needed a laundry service Jaka was very helpful in arranging this for us. Location is still under development but only 5 mins away from the main spots in Bingin by Gojek. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! We loved the swimming pool and how quiet is during the night. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The villa was perfect for my month + stay in Bingin Beach. It's close to food, workouts, the beach, everything you need is walkable. There's tons of construction in the area, but there's little to no noise where the villas located. It's a little difficult to locate for drivers & bikes, but they always find their way. The unit itself is new, extremely clean, simple but has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Wifi is strong. I didn't spend much time on the pool patio, but it's lovely, clean and spacious; they also have pool guys coming and going throughout the week. The staff is lovely and attentive; I personally don't require daily cleaning and turn down service; because the staff wants to take such good care, it took a few times to communicate I didn't want people coming and going into my space daily, but we finally got it down :) They couldn't be any kinder, very grateful for the welcoming energy. Overall I would 100% stay here again!

This villa is more than just an Airbnb – it’s a boutique experience with hotel-level service. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our 6-night stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, very functional, and everything inside was absolutely spotless and well thought out. As is common in Uluwatu, there was a bit of construction noise in the area, but since we were out exploring during the day, it didn’t affect us at all. The location is great — about a 5-minute walk to Dreamland Beach, 20 minutes to Bingin Beach, and just 2-3 minutes to a beautiful sunset viewpoint right below the villa. We especially recommend visiting Bingin Beach — it’s one of the most charming spots in Uluwatu, with stunning views and a laid-back vibe that’s perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish stay in Uluwatu with great hospitality!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The villa was absolutely amazing with rooftop pool and outdoor seating area. Everything was great! The appartment is really nice and we would stay there again. We were sad to leave. Just make sure to check the location. There‘s a lot of constructions and we arrived on the wrong side of the constructions and had to walk around it with our luggage.

The villa looks better in real life than in pictures, big, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was super dirty, but they told me when I checked in that this happened because of the guest before using to much sunscreen, and that they were taking care of it, they did but for 2 days I wasn't able to use it. Great location withou the noise of the mainroad but still super close to Dreamland beach , and all the nice restaurants and fitness centers.

Really nice villas. The house was modern and clean. Beautiful pool and terrace on top. The only reason that I have to give 4 instead of 5 stars is the construction noise, as they are still finishing some of the villas. We were aware of it before booking but didn’t think that they would work late until 9pm and sometimes even later. Also you have to almost cross the construction site to go to the beach. It’s also quite far from most restaurants. But once construction is finished and there is no more noise, this is definitely a 5 Star stay we would come back to :)

This was such an incredible stay! The villa looks exactly what it looks like in the photos. It was my best friend’s birthday and the staff were so thoughtful and put a happy birthday sign together in the villa and bought out a delicious cake and sang her happy birthday. The staff were always helpful when we asked questions on places to see and eat in the area.

What a beautiful and sparkling property ! I was afraid that the fact that there are still constructions around would be disturbing my stay but not at all. The noise is really kept to a minimum and barely noticeable Jaka and his team were amazing, always responsive and helping The villas are brand new, beautifully designed and furnished (absolutely love the bathroom) The beaches are really closed, it took me 5mn walk to reach a beautiful and quiet beach The only thing that bothered me was the lack of privacy in the pool area. They did indeed add some bambu curtains, but if the people in the other villas don’t open theirs, they have a full and bright view on you (whether you’re in the pool or lounging or sitting at the table) Seeing how the pool is designed it’s clearly not possible to do otherwise, but for me it was an issue Despite that, I absolutely loved my stay
