If you are a morning person , The views in the morning during sunrise is to die for .. The Host , The caretakers and our guide were very very friendly and Responsive .. They created a tailor made experience for us which was very very convenient . Hoping to come back and experience this place again. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Prachtig huis! Ruim, schoon, mooi ingericht en geweldig uitzicht. De vloer is wel spekglad zowel bij het zwembad als in de slaapkamers. Water deed het niet altijd net als de electriciteit. Er zou elke dag schoongemaakt worden maar dat is 2 van de 5 dagen gebeurd. Het vuur buiten hebben we helaas niet kunnen gebruiken omdat het gas op was. Zou gemaakt worden maar niet gebeurd. Lampen zijn gek geschakeld dus op de gang moest je de lampen op de slaapkamer uitzetten. Kortom: een huis met veel potentie maar service had beter gekund.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr schön und die Aussicht einfach überragend – definitiv ein Highlight. Beim Check-in gab es zunächst ein kleines Problem mit den Schlüsseln, aber das wurde schnell und freundlich gelöst, sodass wir zügig in die Unterkunft konnten. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Das Wohnzimmer ist räumlich getrennt von den oberen Schlafzimmern – man muss über eine Außentreppe dorthin gelangen, was für manche Gäste wichtig sein könnte. Auch hätten die Duschen bzw. die Badewanne etwas gründlicher gereinigt sein können, da noch Sandreste vorhanden waren. Trotz dieser kleineren Punkte haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Permanent availability of service and readiness to help you with any questions any time. At whole staying at Nusa Penida was perfect experience including villa and island overall. The location of the villa was truly stunning — just like the photos, with beautiful views and a well-designed house. However, the overall experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.
The induction stove wasn’t working, which was disappointing, especially since one of the appeals of an Airbnb stay is having functional kitchen amenities. Given the price we paid, we expected the basics to be well taken care of.
The villa is also quite far from most tourist spots, and the narrow roads make travel time significantly longer. While the hosts were helpful in arranging ferry tickets, the overall service didn’t feel up to the mark, especially in comparison to our other stays in Bali.
The island itself is still developing, so not everything is easily accessible. Since I was traveling with my senior-citizen parents, the location and limited facilities made things a bit challenging. In the end, while the view and design of the house were lovely, the experience didn’t feel entirely worth it for us

Villa, pool, and view are exactly as pictured in photos. Beautiful picture like views from amazing open living area, great AC in bedrooms. Villa is more remote than we thought with not much to do near by. Villa had drivers available to take us anytime we wanted and great communication from management. Overall it was a gorgeous villa, but more secluded than we would have preferred traveling with 3 young adults. Would be a perfect get away if looking to take in Sun rises and have total relaxation in a villa.

Superbe villa, encore plus belle que sur les photos! Avec un vue imprenable sur le village depuis la piscine à débordement. This is a new air b n b so there were a few teething issues but the staff were lovely. The house is amazing and view is true to the pictures. It is a bit remote so might be worth hiring a driver or making sure you have transport plans.

Quelques points négatifs ( lumière qui s’allume dans la chambre le matin en même temps que les escaliers extérieurs , nombreuses coupure de courant , le brasero ne fonctionnait pas ,) mais le personnel réagissait de la bonne façon très réactif et à l’écoute

Le logement est magnifique, fidèle aux photos, bien équipé, avec une vue incroyable. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Par contre, on n’avait pas la clé de la porte d’entrée (seulement celle de notre chambre), donc on devait y laisser toutes nos affaires à chaque sortie, ce qui n’était pas très pratique. Il y avait aussi des travaux dans la villa voisine, ce qui créait pas mal de vis-à-vis et réduisait l’intimité, surtout au bord de la piscine. On a également découvert des caméras extérieures orientées vers la piscine, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. À noter, même si ça ne dépend pas du logement : il est indispensable de louer un scooter pour se déplacer sur l’île. Malgré ces points, l’expérience reste globalement très bonne ! :)
