Blue Sarin Villas

There is a steep hill leading to accommodation to be noted. On arrival by driver organised by hotel. We believe we were met by Ayunda but were never formally introduced. Beautiful scenery with lots of potential. Fresh clean bedding on all beds and clean towels. Surrounding surfaces didn’t appear to have been cleaned for a while. 15-20 bugs present in the bath alone. Outside floor/surfaces and fire pit covered in slippery algae. Lots of dead bugs in the pool. Didn’t appear to have been cleaned as arrival only one hour after check in and impossible for so much to accumulate in this time. No means to start fire, empty packet for lighter but no lighter present. Requested pool to be cleaned on first day and fire started. Was told would be done so same day. Re requested the next day was done by the second day. Spoken to host, reassured they will follow up, similar reviews of the same nature. Ayunda slow to engage. Taxi arranged back to closer harbor 300,000. half distance for same price?

We recently stayed at this villa and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. While the villa itself looks nice and has potential, it was not worth the amount we paid. There was no hot water during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. The bathroom had a very strong unpleasant smell that also spread into the bedroom, making it uncomfortable to relax. The pool was not cleaned when we arrived, so we couldn’t properly enjoy it at first. The stove wasn’t working, which made cooking difficult. We also noticed stains on the bed sheets and pillows, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective. Additionally, some of the doors did not close properly and would open on their own, which made us feel uneasy. Overall, the villa has potential and could be lovely with better maintenance and attention to detail, but in its current condition, it did not justify the price we paid.

Très bel endroit, et la vue justifie la grimpette pour y accéder. Obligatoire a mon sens d’avoir un moyen de se déplacer car à pied… compliqué. La montée est rude et la route pour rejoindre ensuite les commerces n’est pas idéale à pied d’autant qu’il faut quand même marcher un peu pour atteindre des restaurants ou autres. Nous recommandons l’utilisation d’un scooter qu’ils feront un plaisir de vous louer. L’hôte est réactive et organise tout à distance. Elle a pas mal de personnes à disposition qui travaillent pour le lieu. Nous avons constaté qq problèmes avec certaines climatisations dans les chambres ou par moment avec l’arrivée d’eau. Toutefois à la période où nous y étions, le prix reste à mon sens bon pour ce qui est offert.

It is the team that makes this villa so special. We really loved how lovely everyone is, in particular Nama who always had a smile on his face and was always just a message away even when we messaged him at 10pm to say the key was stuck in the lock and we couldn’t get in. It’s worth considering that the Airbnb is remote which adds to the tranquility and the community feel of the villas. However, you will be dependent on either having a scooter or driver to get around. The community dogs are lovely, especially the puppies. This definitely helped the five star rating and the sense of community with everyone chipping in to look after them.

I value customer service and people who keep their word - can’t say this about the managing company of this villa.

Everything was excellent overall. I made the booking just an hour before check-in, and the staff were incredibly responsive and efficient. The room was cleaned and prepared perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. The living room view was absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was the kitchen area, which wasn’t the cleanest and had quite a few bugs—likely due to the open-concept living space and island layout. Do expect geckos and insects around. That said, the upstairs rooms were peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable for sleeping.

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and did not match the listing or the price paid. The villa was not clean, especially the bathrooms. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and basic items such as coffee capsules were missing. The listing mentioned free pick-up and drop-off, but upon arrival the staff asked us to pay extra, which was very confusing and unacceptable. Transportation to the property is very difficult, and there are very limited local markets nearby, making daily needs hard to manage. Although some issues were addressed after we complained, the overall experience remained stressful and uncomfortable. I trusted the photos and description and paid a high price, but the value and service did not meet expectations. I came to enjoy my holiday, not to deal with ongoing problems. I would not recommend this property.

We hebben over het algemeen een prettig verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht is prachtig en dat maakt veel goed. De locatie voelt rustig en heeft potentie. De service verdient een groot compliment: de man die ons ontving was ontzettend vriendelijk en prettig in de omgang. Tegelijkertijd willen we eerlijk benoemen dat de hygiëne beter kan. De lakens waren helaas vies en hadden duidelijke vlekken, en ook de badkamer – met name de badkuip – was niet schoon. Daarnaast waren de kussens van de ligstoelen en bij de vuurplaats smerig. We hebben hier geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar het viel wel op. De keuken was wat stoffig en een kleine praktische misser was dat er geen aansteker aanwezig was. Tot slot zou het fijn zijn als er iets wordt gedaan aan de rommel bij de ingang: er lag afval naast de poort en overkant, wat geen fijne eerste indruk geeft. Al met al een prima verblijf met een geweldige host en een schitterend uitzicht, maar met aandachtspunten op het gebied van schoonmaak en onderhoud. Top!

Haus war dreckig bei der Ankunft, hatte die ganze Zeit über kein Besteck, der Pool funktionierte nicht und ein Wasserschaden in einem der oberen Schlafzimmer. Vielleicht besonders viel Pech gehabt aber das Team vor Ort war wirklich unterirdisch. Kaum regiert und extrem unprofessionell. Ein anderes Team vor Ort was sich wirklich kümmert und es könnte wirklich n top Objekt sein.

The view is amazing, however the villa needs maintenance as it’s heavily used. It’s quite dirty, moldy, AC is leaking. 3/10 from what we expected. Not worth the high price at all. Apart from this staff and communication was great.

Genuinely one of the most beautiful places I have ever been the view is unbelievable and picturesque Waking up and seeing the view from the sofa never got old The pool was clean, sitting around the fire pit was really relaxing There are nice beach clubs/ restaurants nearby such as cactus It is close to diamond beach which was very nice to see on our first day All the people around the Airbnb was very helpful we had a bike hired within 5 minutes of checking in Would definitely stay again, one of the best places I have stayed ever !!!!

Hello, From the time we reached, the villa that was showed in the pics and the view we got is different. Not at all infinity pool view there are lot of trees and garbage below the pool. Then one of the rooms lock is missing or door was struck closed and we didn’t even had the whole property access Next day The villa leader brought some person to unlock it lot of noise with that sound but still he didn’t handover the keys to us No keys were provided for below room or the below area entrance door No toiletry kit - even the basics like toothbrush or paste. The body wash has very bad odour Bathtubs were in very bad condition, and caps were missing too Fire pit doesn’t even have gas even though we have asked multiple times he hasn’t provided it for the 2 days. Your villa leader didn’t even bothered to check the conditions post to the heavy rainfall on Dec 15th unclean pool, lot of issues and no response from the host team. 1-2hrs delay in arranging cab than the initial commited time

Thank you so much for hosting! Villa looks the same like on photos and have all amenities and necessary things for living (including bath robes)! The most fabulous in this villa — view! It’s incredible! The staff was always available day and night. They helped us with all our requests and even brought us a fruit plate for my birthday. There is also delivery of food from a nearby restaurant if you don't want cooking or going to shop. I can for sure recommend this villa to my friends and I hope I will come back soon!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Blue Sarin Villas in Nusa Penida. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. A huge thank you to our hosts, Vikram and Ayunda, who were incredibly welcoming. It was my sister's birthday during our stay, and upon request, they arranged a lovely cake for her. It made the occasion so special and personal. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the island!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We came to the island for a few days of relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. We bought groceries for the place but realized after that we had room service available provided by one of the near by restaurants which was very convenient. We still cooked but ordered from the restaurant too. The food wasn’t anything special, but it was decent. Vikram helped us out the whole time we were there and was very responsive. We also rented a scooter to make it easier to get around and he helped us arrange the rental. Overall we loved the place. The views were amazing!

This villa in Nusa Penida is truly something special. The place is luxurious in every detail, but the view, there are no words that can describe it. It’s honestly one of the best views I’ve ever experienced, peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. The team is amazing. They are extremely helpful, well organized, and they even assist you before you arrive at the villa, which makes everything so easy. The staff member who takes care of the villa made our stay smooth and comfortable, and the whole team was always ready to help with anything we needed. If you’re coming to Nusa Penida, this villa is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it you will enjoy every moment.

Beautiful place with an unbeatable view! We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the team was very prompt and helpful in resolving them. Overall, a lovely experience and worth it for the incredible view.

Had 3 amazing nights at this villa, we were 4 persons traveling, and the villa was just perfect. The pictures dont lie, and you quickly feel relaxed once you get there. The staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. Will definatly come back some time.

Wir waren für drei Nächte vor Ort, der Ausblick ein Traum, wir haben uns gerne in der Unterkunft aufgehalten. Die steile Straße in die Villa ist für gute Fahrer kein Problem! Man sollte wissen, dass es keinen Strand in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt, der sich zum Baden eignet… alles ist aber gut mit einem Fahrer zu erreichen.
