The villa itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, so in terms of stay quality, it’s really nice. However, there are a couple of important things future guests should be aware of. The location cannot be accessed directly by car, which I wish had been mentioned more clearly in the listing from the beginning.
The main issue, though, was that I was only informed about a major road construction—blocking the entry gateway—a day before my arrival. This was disappointing, as road construction is not something that happens suddenly and I had made my booking weeks in advance. Such crucial information should have been communicated earlier, as this situation was avoidable and would have helped me plan better.
Overall, while the villa itself is great, the lack of timely communication about the access issue made my experience less smooth than expected.

We had a great stay here. The host is extremely attentive, always checking in to see if they can help in any way. If we had any issues or questions they would respond quickly to our needs.
The place is really nice, clean and spacious. It takes around 20 mins in a taxi to get into the main area of Canggu but when you return the area here is very peaceful.

The views of the rice paddies surrounding the villa are BREATHTAKING! Absolutely amazing, you can see sunset from the rooftop. Very peaceful area, fantastic value for money, I stayed on my own but felt safe as the host was always super responsive 24 hours a day. They also organised laundry for me which was really nice. They also clean the apartment regularly which is fantastic. Just bear in mind the location is a little hard to find on Grab if you need a car / bike or takeaway but I figured it out.

This villa was a serious health hazard. I arrived to find black and blue mold in the main bedroom, mushrooms and mold under the kitchen sink, and a strong mold odor throughout the house. It was physically impossible to stay — I couldn’t breathe even with a medical mask. The floors upstairs and near the pool were dirty, and the water cooler looked moldy and unserviced. A villa representative replied but wasn’t able to make any decisions. I had to leave late at night and book a hotel at my own expense. The situation caused both physical symptoms and emotional stress. Only after insisting with Airbnb Support was I able to cancel the reservation and get a refund. I strongly warn others: this place is not safe.

We just loved our time at Casa Mimpi Cemagi, from the moment we arrived, to being sad to leave!
Ika, our host, was so kind and helpful, she went over and above in her hospitality and availability to help us with any requests we had.
The villa itself was lovely, clean and comfortable and had many various amenities for everything we wanted and needed during our stay.
The area was beautiful and quiet, but still easy to scooter/grab our way around and with lots of legit good cafes, spas and shopping nearby. A short walk to the beach with a bunch of cool warungs and a great little beach restaurant at the end of the road.
Loved it here, we will definitely be back!

Эта вилла настоящая жемчужина Бали! находится в живописном месте среди рисовых полей. Потрясающий вид открывается с патио на котором мы прекрасно проводили время принимая солнечные ванны. Бассейн всегда был чистым и прекрасно охлаждал в жаркое время. Вечером мы тратили всего 5 минут и шли пешком к океану чтобы встретить великолепный закат. Вилла обсалютно новая! Потрясающий дизайн продуманный до мелочей и полностью укомплектована вещами первой необходимости. Очень красивая ванная с панорамным окном и видом на растения, при этом ты находишься в безопасности от живности, так как она не является открытой. Персонал был очень доброжелателен, нас встретили экзотическими фруктами и прохладным апельсиновым соком! это было невероятно приятно, поскольку мы очень утомились в дороге. Я думаю это комплимент в честь открытия виллы. уборка была регулярной и было приятно находится в этом месте! Я очень рекомендую эту виллу! Спасибо большое Ika, мы чуствовали себя как дома! Вы в нашем сердце!!!
